Good news — you don't need to do anything to get registered!
Parcel Pending access is set up automatically once you're onboarded, and you'll receive an email with registration instructions within 24 to 48 hours. Weekend move-in? Give it an extra day.
Have a roommate? The primary leaseholder can add them as a sub-account once the primary account is active.
Once you're in, you'll have access to your locker in the package room just off the lobby.
If a package arrives before your access is set up, swing by the front desk and we'll help you out.
