Most of the time this is a quick fix. Here's where to start:
- Open the link on the same device as the app. Magic links are device-specific. Clicking from a different phone or computer won't work.
- Update the app first. Make sure you're running the latest version before tapping the link. Check the App Store or Google Play and update if needed.
- Link opening the website instead of the app? Try long-pressing the link in your email and selecting "Open in Life in Flow" or "Open in app."
- Link expired? They don't last long. Ask your Flow Experience team to resend a new one and tap it promptly once it arrives.
- Still seeing "Whoops, something went wrong"? Your account may have a setup issue on our end. Reach out to your building team and ask them to confirm your profile is fully active in the system.
