Nine times out of ten, one of these does the trick:
- Check your spam folder. Invitation emails have a habit of landing there. Worth a look before anything else.
- Confirm your email address. The invite goes to the exact email on your lease. If there's a typo or an old address on file, let your building team know so they can update it before resending.
- Ask us to resend. Once your email is confirmed, your building team can send a new invitation directly from our system. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
- Click the link promptly. Invitation links expire after a short period, so open it sooner rather than later once it arrives.
One important note. Don't create a new account from scratch. Always use the invitation link tied to your lease to make sure you have full access to everything.
