Seeing this screen? A few things to try first:
Check your email first. Make sure you're using the exact email address on your lease. The app won't recognize a different one, even if it's close.
Log out and back in. Go to Menu, tap Log Out (the blue text at the bottom), and sign back in. That clears out most of the session issues that cause blank screens or instant logouts.
Reinstall the app. If that doesn't do it, delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play. Search "Life in Flow" and make sure you're running the latest version while you're at it. An outdated app is a surprisingly common culprit.
Moved in recently? Your account may still be setting up on our end. Give it 24 to 48 hours and try again.
